I've had my Chimp for almost 5 years now. I have had to replace the auger and fan motors this last year (after ALOT of use). I absolutely love this grill...as a matter of fact, they had a great sale last week and I bought a replacement, just incase. I think I paid 465. Anyway, I highly recommend this grill for a family of 4 or less. Great vid.

The Chimp was my first pellet grill, soon after I got the 3 piece grilla kitchen to house the chimp. Then I got the pimp my chimp accessory kit. A couple years later and I sold it and now have the silverbac. Grilla user for life. I also just started carnivore eating about 6 weeks ago and love it. Thanks for you videos!

You are spot on! I bought this grill 2 plus years ago. Definitely worth the investment. Can’t wait to take it on our next camping trip! Great channel very helpful and honest…

How much can you fit on the Chimp? 2 pork butts? 1 bone-in ham? 2-3 racks of ribs (not using 2nd shelf)? 20lb brisket?

I really like where they placed the exhaust holes. Pitboss likes put the holes on the back or a stack at the top of the end cap. It should always be in the middle or near the bottom of the end cap.

Anyone have thoughts on this vs GMG? Particularly the Trek 2.0?

I have no idea where you might be, but have you've prepared for Bears, or Mountain Lions, or Wolves/Coyote's visiting you as you're making those beautiful smelling foods?
