Durban used to be my favorite place. I hope that one day they are managed under a competent government so that the air and beaches are clean once again, and the crime goes down. So much potential.

I'm happy I don't have to drive there.
Jay-walkers all around, red lights ignored, driving with hazard lights on all the time instead of signaling your intentions...seems a mess to me.
