No house, unless you overpay… increase property taxes… cars are more expensive… groceries cost more… gas cost more… goin into office takes more money away from you…. Car insurance cost more… home insurance may not even exist… child care cost more… pretty much you’re a liar or at least gas lighting everyone

The only people blowing money are the rich as for the average citizen we are barely able to keep our utilities on & put food on the table for our families there’s no money for anything special & I’m so sick of people acting like the wealthy & the lower-middle class are in same boat the struggle is real.

Wages arent keeping up with inflation.

Wages aren’t keeping up with inflation. Unemployment numbers are down but that’s because people need a second job just to make ends meet. Credit card charge offs are increasing as well as auto loan defaults. I don’t know what planet she’s living on.

Have Christine Romans explain to us how higher rates can bring down double-digit inflation for Auto Insurance and Tolls, two leading areas of the inflation.

People seem to forget The Great Depression wasn't a one off event. It was an era! Took place over a Decade, if you only count the Great Depression proper. Over 30 years if counting the preceeding period that set the stage for it. Characterized by ups and downs in the markets with periods of high inflation and other periods of not so high inflation. Bank runs! A lot of people lost everything, others got really really rich. Disasters, both natural and man made. Pandemics, (1917 Flu.) Famines and plagues (The Dust Bowl and Locusts). And in truth, bookended on both sides by two world wars. I doubt it was called "The Great Depression" until later. In fact I find a lot of similarites to the time we are living through right now.

Spending credit on credit cards isn't your money it's someone else's at 21 to 28%. If you can't buy it with your money then you can't afford it. I should have been bankruptcy attorney I would be making bank for the next 20 years.
