I lost my pen two days ago.
Through that sentence, it is clear that two days age my pen was lost, but right now have I found it or not that is not clear from that .
But, if I write,
I have lost my pen. It is not clear from that sentence when did it lose.
But it is clear that it was lost before the moment of speaking and till now it is not found.
Is it wrong or righ?
Mam, please make me understand.
