I recently got both my ears and navel pierced. The ears were the least painful and tbh I didn't really focus on the aftercare, they healed easily.

I have a tattoo and braids on my natural hair which I recently got rid of, TBH piercing is simple my brother got his own and didn’t flinch. If you’re scared of injection then it can be hard also the care after is another thing you should look out for. But perhaps you’re a lady, it should come natural for ya!

Fulani ladies have holes in their nose and they are all over West Africa. I don't see why you are afraid. When I was in Ghana in the 70s, some of my girl friends have holes with a little rings attached to the nose. Nobody attack or say anything about it.
