Roland MC 101 LOVE OR HATE???

Roland MC 101 overview love it or hate it creativity workflow quality and a bit of a “Roland rant” what is this product for me is this a product for you ?

Thanks for the heads up on the workflow. It's nice to have gear that you don't have to overthink when creating but I had the MC-303 before and this did the job ok. I think the mc-101 has hidden value by the amount of features; 128 note polyphony, resampling, basic sample editing, AIRA synths downloaded from the web. Although the MPC one also packs a lot for the price, this is still cheaper.

Not understanding why you bought it in the first place. If you knew that you didn't like the Roland workflow, didn't like how they tend to be non-class compliant (although the 101 *is* compliant), didn't bother to watch any of the videos demonstrating the 101's workflow in order to confirm that you wouldn't like it, but bought it anyway? You also then state that you "don't know what the retail price is", incorrectly state that the price is $99 higher than what it actually is, but then state that it's too high. Most of this video is you complaining about other products.

This isn't a review of the product. This is you wasting money so that you can complain about something you *knew* you weren't going to like.
