He was the 1st major Republican to endorse Trump and he should/did know better.

Christie was silent for 5-6 years on Trump. He and the rest of the complicit GOP could have saved us all a lot of trouble by speaking up sooner.

I like that he's going after Trump, but even if you somehow decide to want Christie as president, even if he makes it, he'll still be at the head of the party of Greene, Cruz, DeSantis, Gohmert, etc. None of the current GOP deserves to lead, even the few who are relatively 'normal'.

Here’s my problem with Christie. By his own admission he has known for years exactly who trump is and what he’s like better than many in the political arena. Yet despite this knowledge he fully backed trump for as long as he thought there might be something it for him. It wasn’t until trump dismissed him that he started to speak out against him. Pathetic.

I don't agree with a lot of what Chris Christie says but he absolutely has my respect for not raising his hand on that Republican debate stage and for having the guts to say it like it is.

It would have been a little disheartening if all 8 had raised their hands in support of the former President. I’m so happy we have some Republicans with balls and are finally speaking out, better late then never in my humble opinion. So thank you Mr. Christie and Mr. Hutchinson for speaking the truth about our former disgraced President. History will judge them all.
