Legs and Shoulders with the GoFit Resist-a-Bar!
Complete this workout 3 times through!
• 12 Squats 00:00 : placing both feet on the band and the bar resting on your traps (not your neck), squat down and up.
• 10 Lunge and press (isometric for legs) 00:13 : in a lunge stance, place the band under your front foot. Hold the bar in front of your chest and press up.
• 10 Good Mornings 00:24 : placing the band under both feet and the bar on your traps (not your neck), hinge and the hips until you feel a nice stretch in your hamstrings. Keep your knees soft, your core tight, and use squeeze your glutes to bring yourself back to the starting position.
• 10 Upright Row 00:35 : standing with feet shoulder width apart. Place the band under one foot. Holding the bar with a pronated grip, lift the bar up.
