My #1 problem is pricing! thank you for addressing it. Too many of my customers try to low ball me and since I am a small shop, I usually give people a "deal". Then I end up frustrated that I didn't make any money. My aha! moment was the "low end client" is who I need to lose! Once I tried to charge the industry standard and I was told, "the reason we come to you is you are cheap" . that was the worst dig ever!

Hi there. I'm self-taught flower design want na be 🤭 after many weddings that I done for my friends for free last 2 years. And getting a lot of compliments. I thought I'll expand my hobby and hopefully make money from this. I've been watching your videos and was very impressed at how simple you have explained your tricks and tips. Very much appreciated. I have a wedding request and not sure how to go about it. How do I charge my client for only my times/ design because she will provide all the flowers and foliages. Hi! Love your content thank you!! I have a question- what are your thoughts to pricing for artificial- for example a lot of us use artificial for long lasting outdoor installations! Would you mark up an artificial flower the same as a fresh flower? Many many thanks!
