Unweld a contactor

I managed to weld two HV High current contactors. Replacements were $200 each and thanks to supply chain issues took early 3 months to arrive. So I attempted to dismantle and repair the contactors. Was successful, this was the first attempt, got better and with practice would further improve. Repaired contactors work fine in real world however they are not IP66 waterproof. Was fine for my use case as inside a weatherproof box inside a weather proof box.

I tried doing this video with voice over but was way too long so I settled for a bit of muffled voice with music and notes... I'm guessing those (one) that actually watch this stuff won't care as its not exactly prime entertainment.

Disclaimer: This is High Voltage, High current device and I routinely run 100KW through it. This procedure is not recommended and certainly not approved by any company, person etc so do so at your own risk.

I knew this was possible. Thanks for the help.
I have my BMS for the model S Tesla batteries from EVTV and The late Jack Richard. Was up dating my system as saw that they were both fried closed. $200 x 2 of them equals an afternoon in the shop playing with them. I could work all day for someone else, or spend that time in the lab.
You are awesome.

Where are these contactors used for ? 100 kW seems industrial to me.
