Also, excellent observation by Dowd there about what a failure Not-Romney has been as RNC chair and yet no one is making moves to oust her. Michael Steele was RNC chair during the 2010 wave and he got tossed out afterwards. Not-Romney has failed repeatedly and now completely botched the midterm and yet she's still got that post.
