Nothing PK is saying should be taken at face value. If the ECI had someone like Seshan - BJP would have not crossed even 130 to 140. They got these many seats just because they chose to close their eyes and ears when it comes to Modi and BJP. Such a shame an important and independent institution is reduced to such a ridicule.
