Good morning please stop the false advertisements on your AMAZON store. I paid for a 12x10 heat press and got a 12x9 and there's no one to rectify the issue. I love my heat press machine but hate the dishonesty from your company. I was cheated out of my hard earn cash

I contacted them through e-mail, phone number, and Facebook and no help received.
