How to Install PowerShell 7.1.0 in Windows 10

Thank you for this I love trying new and more advanced programs but I am missing on my start menu both PowerShell and elevated so I cannot run chkdsk as admin is there an admin version of this program and we're all used to having that on our start menu so when I right-click on the Windows icon it's there in the list. I know this may be slightly off-topic however if you can help you would save me some valuable time. I'm literally getting nowhere to get my start menu back to normal with both Powershell, it's just my silly way of doing things and it's been a habit since if I remember windows 7.

As today, msi's are removed. Need to use zip... checking how to install with zips. Thanks
