I must have dropped many hints throughout my channel to say that you need to listen to music in stereo. But in today's video, I will explain it with frequency response charts. Once and for all, I will convince you.

Now, only if you really find value! Even if you don’t contribute, I am happy to share my experience with all you viewers on my channel here!

Hi, I now purchased my second Sonos Move. I can attest to the dramatically increased sound stage and volume in the stereo pair. Quite impressive. I use these outside on my deck. Thank you for your very helpful reviews.

As of today I’m a proud owner of 2 Sonos Moves 😊

This video sold me on a second move, and the purchase was worth every penny.

I absolutely love my Moves paired in stereo! Powerful and clear sound with great soundstage. Indeed few people know how beast they are in pair.
I just bought a Five and I was disappointed compared to the stereo Move pair.
I agree that a "lower model" pair is always better than a "better model" solo.

Awesome content, I purchased a pair of Roams to use as makeshift desk speakers (did not want to deal with any wires on my desk) and they sound great for their size for near field listening, volume output is more than enough and clarity and bass output greatly increase over a single speaker.

I have 2 Roams for the office, and I use my 2 Moves for my bedroom. For BBQs and pool parties, I take all 4 speakers and attach them to my Verizon hotspot when I use them outside the home. Good times.

Thanks for the great comparison! I was debating between a Move and a pair of Roams as they’re roughly the same price. I think the fuller bass of the Move has me leaning that way.

With regards to volume level, a 3 dB increase is twice the sound pressure level, but human ears respond to volume logarithmically, so we actually perceive a 10 dB increase as being a doubling of volume.

I confirm, two Moves paired in Stereo is pure pleasure.

Peter - i'm debating whether I should buy a second Move for my living room and have it in stereo, buying a Five/Era 300 and take my current Move to my bedroom... what do you think?

Peter, so glad you did this test. I have a Roam that I use in my garage workshop and was looking for more fidelity. Using my Oticon More hearing aids in music mode has revitalized my desire for bigger sound. So I bought a Move and it is what you say versus the Roam. So I bought a second one and will put it in Stereo mode today when it comes.

Just added another play5 and made a pair… just amazing even the stereo image is very good. Have them vertical with the tweeters on the inside. True play make it even better. In did measurements and they are +/-5db between 35-16000hz (with true play) without the bass is raised. For 1000 euro’s difficult to beat.

New to your channel and subbed! Bought arc + sub g3. Watched almost all your vids for best setup. You need more subs! Great work

Great video. So apart from the volume, would 2 one's be better or worse sound quality wise than one move?

Does it make a difference how far apart you put the stereo pair? Is there an ideal distance?
