Hi guys!

I'll be finished with school this year and just wanted to share some of my (random) thoughts about my experience - as it relates to making friends in class and navigating uni life in Munich.

There will be a part two where I'll really go a bit more in detail about more important issues as well. If you have any questions, please comment them below so I can include them and answer them in the next video.

Lots of love,
Theresia x

I think your comment on the essay part was really interesting. As an American who got her BA in the U.S. and has studied some in Germany, as well as taught in the Austrian school system, I would say it really is so different. I always find it so funny how laid-back German-speakers are when it comes to academic writing (In comparison of course not everyone is that way).

Do you live in a WG, dorm, or on your own in an apartment? I’m planning on studying Tiermedizin in München and you have helped me so much and given me so much information and hope. So thankful for your channel ❤️

New subscriber here and I absolutely love your channel, es ist sehr schön (hope I didn't botch this, i'm still learning German haha!). I'm in the UK atm studying Chem Eng (for financial security reasons) but im very interested in studying Mathematics (my passion) at LMU. I just wanted to ask if you have an idea of how much german i'd need to know. Also, do you recommend staying in student accommodation for the full duration of the program or private accommodation or a year in a student accommodation to make friends and then move on to something like a shared apartment?

How are the class sizes in German universities? Would you say they are bigger or smaller? I also heard that it's harder to get help from professors after class or in general.

You should have participated in ZHS (Zentrale Hochschulsport München). The Munich University Sports Club is the best way to make friends outside of your studies based on your commonly interrest in sports.

I have received an offer today from LMU and wanted to ask if you know another type of accommodation besides university housing which is cheap(300-350 €).Even if you reply to this comm or not, thanks for sharing your experience😊your videos are really useful for international students.

Are you planning to stay longer in Germany? 😊 But honestly, I think university professors normally they don't have direct contact with the students like in fachschule because of large amount of students per class. :/
