COVID-19 has sent the world into a tailspin. From the rapid spread of the virus, to the stock market reaction, to major events and sports seasons being canceled, and general uncertainty, this virus has had a tremendous impact on just about everyone. For those of you who are overwhelmed and uneasy, we are in this together and here to help you through it.

It's times like this that force us to think outside the box to develop and implement creative solutions to continue to support our communities in this time of need. We remain optimistic that the lessons learned will better equip us to handle the next major pandemic. COVID-19 has challenged those who provide for our communities to use a digital workforce while maintaining expected service levels of operations and customer service amidst all the noise. When we face these hardships as human beings, the digital workforce keeps us going. For your members who are healthy and not, concern of coverage should be the furthest from their mind.
