ROFL what is the cradle stuff for power surge? Sustained suppression over first round blast? You dont do burn or swing your melee enough to create frost vortex. You reload more. Why not opt in for the 25% power surge damage over continuous dmg when you in fact, do no continuous damage? It just doesnt make sense. You are literally losing damage. And the last row you picked bounty hunter over transient impact? Again, youre losing more damage output.
