Philips F20T12 Preheat Under Cabinet Lights @ the Sinks Section in Home Depot in Fresno, CA

While I was shopping around with my uncle for a new light bulb for a fixture in his bathroom, I came across some under cabinet lights in the sink section. However, these two caught my eye and since they were larger than the others, I assumed they were preheat, so I decided to turn them on and off and I was happy when I found out for myself. When I found out one had a cover and one didn't, I was in luck because I saved myself the trouble of removing the cover and you are able to see the bulb and starter inside. As you guys can see, Philips bulbs are not very blink happy, but the one without the cover was better than the one with the cover, which is why I started it three times instead of twice. I wish I had an idea on where these lights are sold because they look pretty cool. Sadly, I know for a fact that these are only used as a light source and are not available anywhere nearby. The bulbs are Philips Soft White F20T12 Altos. If you guys have any questions about anything, go ahead and ask away and also, please let me know if I missed anything in the description box. I don't know if you are interested in elevators, but I know of a vintage elevator in Fresno. It is at Community Regional Medical Center, in the well-hidden annex building. It is a vintage Otis traction elevator.
