you need a code reset and not a full reset, everyone knows that

After click wipe data/factory reset button some matter in down (if your phone is reset, you may need to enter the Google account information (email address and password) associated with this phone to be able to use it again) this is camed but after restarting the phone again Gmail and password was asking I don't know the password.Any solution?
