How to Create an Inline Contact Form

Today I’m going to show you how to create an inline contact form for you website using Divi’s Visual Builder. The work needed to pull this off is really all about adjusting both the width and the alignment of the form fields.

To accomplish this, we will be taking advantage of the design features of the contact module as well as adding some Custom CSS within the Advanced tab.

Thanks for sharing nice one.. having qestion.. on my product page if visitor viewing any single product page & specs I want to use inquiry button, when clicking it popup the window of inquiry form with certain fields.. but product model/title should catch up automatically so that when he submit then in received email we can come to know which product he is inquiring. Can you please tell me how to do this task in Divi Builder? Will be grateful.

A lot of options are quite different with the latest version of Divi and they wont work, can you please update at least the steps on the blog (i know to make another video is quite complicated) but just the screen captures with the new options. Thanks a lot :)

Hi Jason I love your tutorials thank you... I followed this tutorial completely and copied the CSS code from your blog. When I entered the first code the box with 'phone' reduced in size by width but not by height... yours reduced both by width and height. Can you tell me what I am doing wrong. Thank you Julie
