Tucson - 4th Ave & Downtown - 4K Walking Tour

Please enjoy this 4K walking tour video of Tucson's 4th Avenue and Congress Street districts.

In this video, my wife, our two dogs, and I take what we initially thought would be a peaceful walk along 4th Avenue and Congress Street in Downtown Tucson. However, as you will see in the video, things got very interesting on 4th Avenue. First, a woman who had seemingly enjoyed several drinks that afternoon flounders out of a bar and ambles along with the help of her companions. Then, one of the streetcars that run between the University of Arizona and Downtown drops off a large hoard of college students. My wife, our dogs, and I become engulfed by the crowd as they head to an Irish pub on 4th called O'Mally's. I'm not sure what the occasion was, but you'll see that there was quite a line forming outside.

Our little dogs were quite interested in all of the action. Luckily we were able to keep them out of harms way! :)

Once we made it to Downtown things were a bit tamer. We strolled down Congress Street to The Monica restaurant where we sat, had some refreshments, and enjoyed the beautiful spring afternoon.

The 4th Avenue and Congress Street districts really do highlight the character of Tucson. For anyone visiting from out of town, I certainly recommend that you check out the area! . . . especially if you are looking to enjoy some libations ;)
