Weird Psychonauts Glitch (2018 10 06)

If anyone can help, be really appreciative. Don't know if this bug recently popped up from the recent NVIDIA driver update, one of the Windows 10 updates or something else entirely. Running it off of GOG Galaxy however both that version as well the Steam version was also affected.
