Leaning 3 wheeled scooters and a few motorcycles have been on the market for years now. See the Piagio MP3, it's been on the market for 10 years (2006).

Also it's creators made a poor design choice going with a "delta" (one front, 2 back) wheel layout. That layout is known for losing steering in corners with poorer road conditions (lose gravel, pot holes, wet road).
