I learned to drive on an old CVT. It doesn’t sound good, but I like the smoothness of it during “hard” acceleration. Feels like a plane taking off, no jerkiness

The new ones have simulated shifts, i wish I could disable it and make it like the old ones

That rpm drop at the end was trippy lol went from 6k to 2k

Hold the brake and gas or push the pedal quicker so you don't get shifts

My ex's dodge caliber had the 2.0 and a CVT I won't lie that thing was a blast to drive somehow got to 60 in 5.9 sec witch amazed and pissed me off
