Exactly what I was looking for, I was wondering why below the level of the lesion where the LMN is damaged why we still get umn signs as I thought it was spared. This video reminded me that infact the UMN descending tracts are damaged from the level and below so are no longer recieveing UMN so less innervation, trophic support etc leading to UMN signs.
Am i correct?
