Not only is this song for the soldiers, it's also for the people who work everyday to put food on the table and keep a roof over their family. This has to be one of the most inspirational songs I've ever listened to. To the military: Thank you for being brave enough to risk your lives for us.
To the everyday worker: Thank you for putting food on our table and keeping a roof above our heads. People need to appreciate both equally.

I come crawling back to this song over and over when I'm crying and am close to giving up. I hate the idea that I'll never be cured of my chronic disease, that I have to do things differently than others, and that I will always be sick and will always succumb to situations that those who are healthy could easily handle. Every action I do has a consequence. The larger the feat I've achieved, the larger the consequence. I'm glad this song is in my life. I want to live a rich life.
