If I use Visualize to drill into a dataset, can I then switch to the Discover tab and have those same filters applied there? The Discover tab is useful here because it shows the raw documents.

I need a very simple visualization, but couldn find it yet. I have some services and the state is "up" or "down", now I want a dashboard with all services, their name and a green or red square, for up and down. Is this boolean distinction possible in Kibana? And if yes, how?

Hi Tim, How i can add description to every chart in dashboard. ? Is there any way i can add small descriptions about graphs ...like i would like to mention the bottleneck values with little descriptions about the counters or metrics that what we are actually looking for in the graph ....Please suggest something !!
