New Chevrolet S10 2025 is revealed with new look and digital dashboard

The first images show that the new 2025 Chevrolet S10 brings a little bit of the North American Colorado, but with its own idea. Just like the model sold in the USA, it will have thin headlights with an LED line for daytime lighting at the top – no double headlights like the Montana . The brand's traditional double grille is created with the use of a chrome piece dividing the optical assembly and the two air intakes, in addition to featuring the Chevrolet logo in the middle.
On the opposite side, the bucket lid has been redesigned, with the handle positioned within a black finish and with a different crease at the top. It lost the tie logo to use the name “Chevrolet” written in full. Finally, the headlights have a new internal design, with the arrow light positioned lower.
As we saw in the photos, the interior is the part that has changed the most, as it was well aged. It starts with the adoption of two very wide screens, one for the multimedia and another for the instrument panel, in the same layout used by the new Spin, launched a few weeks ago. If they have the same measurements as in the minivan, the cluster is 8 inches, while the multimedia is 11 inches. The lines changed a lot, changing the air conditioning outlets and the finish.
Looking closely, we can notice some of the equipment, such as lane keeping assistant, forward collision warning and cruise control. The multimedia will have Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, probably wirelessly, in addition to the 4G Wi-Fi internet that is available across the entire line. However, we can see that it will maintain the current air conditioning controls, with a digital system but still just one zone. And, as it is a restyling, it uses several parts from the current S10, such as door controls, levers behind the steering wheel and headlight control. At least the steering wheel is new, with a much smaller center and more comfortable buttons.
GM avoids giving details about the S10, stating only that “one of the big surprises is the new generation of the turbodiesel engine” and that “consumers can look forward to an innovative technology that combines performance, energy efficiency, emissions and drivability at a level never before visa in the country.” In other words, we can expect improvements to the well-known 2.8 turbodiesel, which today delivers 200 hp and up to 51 kgfm of torque. Rumors say that the 6-speed automatic transmission will be replaced by an 8-position gearbox, just like in the North American Colorado, which would help reduce the pickup's consumption.
The new 2025 Chevrolet S10 should have more details revealed on Friday, when pre-sales officially begin. It is expected to have a line similar to the current one, with the LS, LT, LTZ, Z71 and High Country versions – the pickup in the photos is the top-of-the-line High Country configuration.
