Warm Sparkly Spotlight/Halo Smokey Eye | Eimear McElheron

Hey Everyone! Hope you're well? Today I'm showing you how to create this warm glitzy spotlight/halo smokey eye. I haven't created a fancy spotlight eye in a while so I figured this week I'd go all out :) I also got some palettes in the post from an Irish makeup company last week so I wanted to include those. Fab as usual eimear 😍 do you like fuschia shadows ? I remember when they first came out they were pretty much BH cosmetics / coastal scents but being sold for about 8 times the price so I've never tried them!
