This is why people say "choose your words wisely"

I like how the workers called out on Reika for her choice of words. She literally told Tanaka “There are other replacements to take your place”. Saying something like that can damage one’s confidence and make them think they’re not needed and that’s why Tanaka quit. Not to mention she said that to the person she has a crush on. This is why they saying be careful of what you say

She directly said that there are a lot of replacements to take Tanaka's place and he responded accordingly and quit like... Bruh, Ms. Reika, did you check what sentences you made on the person who you have a crush on? Jesus Christ, us boys are straight to the point and we do exactly what is said to us directly.

This is the perfect nutshell of how communication between boys and girls go… usually the latter is never direct enough in what matters, and unfortunately enforce the old “expectation for mind reading” stereotype

Glad she learned her lesson because that’s exactly what happens when you don’t watch what you say.

Wow even his coworkers are sympathizing with him and called her out

bro, can you make this MC just say "i can accept your mistake sentence but i won't back anymore"

I’ve mentioned before, but miscommunication is the biggest problem in relationships. Not just romantic, but business as well. Here it was lack of context that caused the problem. Glad things turned around and it was better explained. Great video. Hope everyone has a great day.

I'm glad that even background characters like MC's coworkers are calling out on the boss' attitude. This kind of "encouragement" may work on others, but it definitely would not for most people, including me😒

Always remember someone have a fragile personality. Be very careful if something is undone or irreversible. Once that happens, it's too late for reverted it back. All u all can do is move on and not let that history happened again.

I really think Tanaka shoulda quit his job, moved away, and gotten a new job in his new town. Then a year later, he comes back and finds out from Ayaka that Reika's company is on the verge of bankruptcy because he left. I just feel like Reika got off too easy for how harshly she treated him, even if it was unintentional. And I also feel like Ayaka would be a better girlfriend for Tanaka. At least she doesn't put him down constantly to "encourage" him. Seriously, Reika's stupidity needs harsher consequences.

If i was told I could be easily replaced like that, I wouldn't hesitate to quit and tell them goodluck to actually find someone to replace me that works even half as hard.

Hiiragi's tought: [Tanaka, thank you for trying your best, remember to don't force yourself too much. If you need it, remeber that we are plenty of people who want to help you]

Hiiragi's real words:[Tanaka, you made a mistake once again! Remember that you are completely replaceable]

She is not a bad girl or a tsundere, in fact she is a caring boss, the only problem is she was used to use the wrong words. Glad she apologized and she learned the lesson, she earned her happy ending with Yuto

the boss need to be careful for her sentences. Tanaka thought that she is fired him😂

I really like Reika on this story she wasn't the classic Tsundere who treats people bad because she's "shy", but an akward woman who has trouble expressing what she wants to say and didn't understand what she was doing wrong until someone explain it to her.

There is literally no way to misinterpret what she said. To say that someone is replaceable when they mess up...

I havent watched all of it yet, but i'm seeing alot of excuses for bad behavior. I will edit this if i see something different.

Edit: I see what she meant, and its a really messed up situation. Its something you cant see until after you watch this in its entirety. It truly is a frustrating misunderstanding. I was wrong in my initial presumptions, but i also feel like that was the point. This story has a very valuable lesson attached to it, and i appreciate it.

No. If I was Tanaka. I would have left. If she tract me down. I would have put my hand up and said STOP. I don’t want to work in such a toxic workplace. Then move along and find a better job. At least that’s what I would have done. Thanks for sharing
