Imagine acquiring a player who scored at a 111pt pace and is a HOFamer. But you lost the trade

I can't believe I actually watched this entire 41 minute video. It was like sitting through a good history class. Thanks for the interesting content Steve!

Matt Duchene was the ultimate Avs fan. He said: "What if I can do for them what Lindros did?" Thank you for your sacrifice, I know it was hard.

Forsberg was unreal! One of my favorite players when he wasn’t playing the wings lol

Sakic: "What if I trade one guy and you guys give me like seven things?"
Lacroix: "That's my boy."

Forsberg, the guy that introduced me to hockey. He was incredible to watch. An Avs fan to this day thanks to him!

Never was a big Lindros fan until this video. He brought one of the greatest moments in sports history with the passing of the cup straight to #77. GO AVS!!!

I am born and raised in Colorado and still remember the day they came to town, they moved 1996 miles to Denver in 1996 and brought Colorado its first major championship, thanks for all the hard work in the trade details of it.

Halfway through forgot this was about Eric Lindros and not a summary of the Avalanche during the 90s and early 00s

This is the one I've been waiting for. The Avalanche are practically built on this trade.

Mid 90s-mid 00's, Forsberg was the best player in the NHL, when healthy. Obviously he had a bunch of injuries, so he didn't have the resume of Sakic, Yzerman, Lindstrom, etc. But my opinion, when the Avs, & Wings got together-with an amazing amount of HOFers on both teams, & everybody was healthy-Forsberg was the best player on either team, but Lindstrom was a close 2nd. And Sakic, & Yzerman had better resumes.
