🥛 12 oz can evaporated milk (on my Amazon storefront or at most supermarkets)
🥛 1 cup milk (can sub almond, oat, soy, etc)
🤍 5 oz rock sugar (can sub any sugar of your choice)
🍡 tangyuan or other toppings (optional)
