Founded in 1997, DrayTek Corporation (Chinese: 居易科技) is a Taiwan-based manufacturer of networking equipment and management systems. Our products cover a wide solution range such as firewall, VPN, VoIP, xDSL/broadband Routers, indoor/outdoor Access Points, managed Switches, and management Software/Apps to meet the market trend, and go above and beyond customers' expectations.

DrayTek has poor support in the UK. We gave up attempting to get things fixed. No-one seems to care about the bugs that we have clearly demonstrated.
The ACS management system is horrendous too. Can't believe they charge for it. VigorConnect (free) is faster but very often doesn't send the config completely either (same as ACS), though shows "success". Yet go in and find many settings not sent at all (no, reboot doesn't help). Have 1000s of DrayTek bits over many sites. The techs will say they will look into things and "come back" but don't. One seemed so despondent and uninterested. No change either after SEG were taken over.
We've moved to another brand for new sites. Such a shame. We are all DCNA trained too. Only posting this as maybe someone high up might care.
