“I am very concerned right now that we are beginning to see an acceleration of disease in Africa,” Michael Ryan

If you see me wearing a mask in public and in the shops, I want you to know that...

I'm educated enough to know that I could be asymptomatic and still give you the virus.

No, I don't "live in fear" of the virus; I just want to be part of the solution, not the problem.

I don't feel like the "government controls me". I feel like I'm an adult contributing to security in our society and I want to teach others the same.

If we could all live with the consideration of others in mind, the whole world would be a much better place.

Wearing a mask doesn't make me weak, scared, stupid or even "controlled". It makes me caring.

When you think about your appearance, discomfort, or other people's opinion of you, imagine a loved one - a child, father, mother, grandparent, aunt, uncle or even a stranger - placed on a ventilator, alone without you or any family member who is allowed at his bedside.

Ask yourself if you could have helped them a little while wearing a mask.

If simply wearing a mask helps even half of all the anxious and worried people get back out there to live their lives, and strengthens our economy in the process, then I'm happy to make them feel more comfortable.

I don't know everyone out there; but I always look forward to Dr. Campell's outlets/updates/interviews. I much more trust his saying than what I hear on my national tv. I do also check the majority of the links proposed; and I must say he is bloody right. Oh! and something that also really insipires me to keep on, are all the pictures shown at the end of serious people with their masks. Keep going Dr. Campbell.

This pandemic seems to revolve around politics and money. What happened to caring about people and helping each other.

Watching from southern Indiana (greater Louisville, KY...where those NFAC protests were this weekend...I live 10 minutes away from there.). As always, thanks so much for all you have done and continue to do to get this information out to us. I have been a faithful, daily viewer of your videos since mid-January. I am very grateful to you. A simple “Thank You” is the only way I know how to express my gratitude to you. God bless you, Dr. John!

A lot of Americans including myself can’t afford to be tested for all those secondary symptoms. I tested positive for antibodies last month but can’t get any other screenings because of cost. It knocked me flat and I was healthy. I’m 21 and no co-morbidities

The US "leveling off" data are very suspect as of the change in how data are reported. Thank you for acknowledging that!

"I used to buy a lot of drugs for Eastern Europe in the 90s"...

Only you can get away with that, Dr John.

Thank you Dr C, always welcome in my home, at an appropriate distance of course.

Did my click and collect shopping yesterday and wow, what a massive difference! I only saw 1 person, no mask ( it was a Waitrose partner, so I will assume that he had a medical reason) worlds away from previous shopping trips (where a very few others were wearing masks). On this occasion I have to say well done to the UK public and shop staff near Portsmouth UK. ✌️🙌. I did appreciate the saying that has apparently gone viral. That speaks of what I (and others) have put into practice since late March/ early April. Better late than never and to whoever articulated those words, well done, that person. ❤️😉✌️☮️. Be safe everyone, I feel that I might be able to finally shop with confidence now!

The circumvention of data from the CDC by the White House is an outrage. How are Americans not jumping up and down about this? No one blinked with NDAA in the last administration which was an even greater risk to freedom. The America I live in today is far less safe and far less free than the one I was born in.
