If anyone is reading this in 2024, how I was able to get my knees away from my chest was visualizing bringing my legs down instead of trying to force the full advanced tuck which had me losing balance every time. Lowering my legs first and having my knees almost touching the ground allowed me to balance way better

I dont train everyday but i do think that my traning is to hard i feel like if i over train on every session i train like 3 times per week i get very tired when i finish so right now i just stop training for a week and see how it goes.

I used to tuck planche but now due to my fatigue i can not do it any more

How much weight should I be able to lift in the straight arm dumbbell flies in order to have enough straight arm strength for the planche exercises

i don't have the flexibility in the legs to do the exercise at 2:04 (its horrendous i know, im working on it though 😫)
should i just do this exercise on higher bars or is there something similar i could do in the meantime while i build up the flexibility

I am 3x25s tuck planche. Tried first day of advanced and couldn't hold a second lol. Should I drop the tuck while doing advanced planche progression? Is the times the same as tuck like aim for 3x20s before straddle planche? I have already been training the pike and stalder press funny has these goals come together same time.
