In this video, I unbox and demo the LG Nexus 4 Wireless Charger. The charger (also referred to as an orb) allows you to just dock your Nexus 4 to it and charge via it's Qi wireless technology.

@fj11ism Why would you have to carry it around? It's not meant to be portable. Just a more convenient way of charging where you don't have to plug in the microUSB every time.

Just got it yesterday... Works like a charm even with the bumper on. Only problem is that the phone gets really warm while charging. Still deciding whether to keep or return it.

Been excited to see this unboxing for awhile. The $60 price tag sounds about right but that kind of makes you think about a wallet minus 3 twenties :-/

I was thinking the same thing. It just looks cool I guess. But it does serve as a dock kinda. Plus, how many times have people messed up their charging ports. They get loose due to wear and tear...

I currently have the nexus 4 and I don't fell that the charging orb is worth the $60. I will just wait until a position-less inductive charging pad comes out since single position sucks.

1st of all, I don't have a nexus 4 but I think people would like to know whether it works with a case or not and how much time does it take to charge from 0% battery?

Does it work with cases? Can you do a video with that? I have the couple of i-Blason TPU cases, and recently got the Ringke Fusion (clear back case)
