For those who dont understand here is a short explaination! Basically in some horror games when theres a sentence that says “ Hold shift to run “ that means a monster is probably lurking or you will get chased. LITERALLY THE MOST SCARY THING IN HORROR GAMES IS THAT SENTENCE

For those who don't understand: So when they say things like "hold shift to run" it USUALY means there will be something after you but not all the time they just remind you how to run when you need to.
