I was 6’2 (187cm) when I was in my early 20s and I remember the struggle was REAL! Now I’m a lot closer to 40 and I’ve had 4 kids and developing severe Rheumatoid Arthritis as a side effect of chemo from uterine cancer I’m only 5’11 (180cm) and even still after losing 7cm in height it’s still hard to find jeans that are long enough. Especially being plus size.

Did you know having kids can make you shorter by bowing your spine? Arthritis too! Look after your posture tall friends!
