These are amazing. I bought some on a motorcycle trip years ago when they were a “New!” whizz-bang plier during an emergency pit stop. This tool saved the trip, repeatedly.
Now I can’t keep them around because, well, between my family and my buddies—they keep stealing them from me!!

These are great cheap pliers. The method described here for that part is as opposed to milling a more expensive, but more rigid, part. Does it matter for these? I highly doubt it seeing as your impacts and hammer drills use the same process for very parts that maintain higher stresses than you ever could muster with your hands.
All that said it’s a good tool. I prefer my knipex because the handles are more ergonomic. If you use your tools a lot it’s worth the upgrade, but when you need a good tool that’s not gonna break the bank these are good too.

Had these for about a year before a chunk of metal broke off the tip. I stick with Klein now.
