Debo's I add plastic beads to my Texas rigged worms. Suppose to protect your knots. Adds a little noise and color. Been using a Red Shad color Zoom Monster worm with a wrinkle tail. Fish with a " Loon " colored Whopper Plopper in 90 size. If the bass misses the Whopper Plopper. I throw the Texas rigged Monster worm. Then Bam! Seems to work well. Even if you get rained out. Always another video to do! Been watching for over three years now. Even got a couple of questions on Live Streaming. Thanks again. Shawn.

I like when Randizzle jumps in and shows what he’s tossing also, he seems like a great Fishing Partner.

1: 7’2-7’4 heavy rod because I’m addicted to frog fishing and it’s by far the funnest way to catch fish
2: 7’0 medium heavy rod with 12-17 pound flouro leader(depending on the grass/cover) because I can do so many things with it
3: 6’8-7’2 Medium light-medium for most finesse techniques/ smallmouth fishing.
Depending on the pond/lake/river/creek I want to fish, I’d add a 4’6-7’0 ultra light-light rod or a longer medium heavy rod. Maybe 7’2-7’6.
Love the work Debo, would love to meet you one day and catch some tanks!

Same as Dizzle, I never leave home without a frog, some sort of bladed jig and a regular jog

Yes, please do more of these, and make it more than just 3 lol, I will never leave home without my Texas Rig, a Paddle Tail Swimbait, a jig, a lipless crankbait and the good o’l wacky rig, and that’s winter, spring, summer, and fall and yes in the summer ya gonna have a frog with you at all times lol!! So as you can see if I’m going fishing I’m gonna have at least 6 rods minimum I don’t care if I’m bank fishing, kayak fishing, or boat fishing, they’re those 6 will at least be in the truck, but I’ll probably have 8 or 10 in the truck because I mean do you really want to hit the water without a spinnerbait or a chatterbait, and hey the Carolina rig can be a awesome tool to feel out the bottom structure if you do have electronics, and it just straight catches fish, and well you know what the bite might just be tough better not leave behind the drop shot and the ned rig lol I could go on but you get the point, as you can tell I’m not a 1 rod type of guy I like to have a variety of lures available to fish and I don’t want to retie every time I want to fish a different lure!!

Never ever ever eeever do I leave without the Ned rig! It's the only rig that I have a dedicated combo for. 7'6" light xf Entenza with a Diawa BG 2500. It never fails.

For any beginners or just folks who travel light I use my 7.1 medium for; Ned rigs, Neko rigs, Finesse jigs, Wacky rigs, small paddle rail swim baits, Top water poppers and Floating worms with great effectiveness.

Pair that with your 7ft med heavy casting rod for your Texas rig and or moving baits and you’re off to the races. I love to have a rod for each set up but it isnt always practical or easy to carry.

first of all, great new video format! more like this please!

recently, I've had the most success on my finesse combo. ML abu vendetta spinning rod with a 2500 size Pflueger president. it has been catching a parade of Debo dinks regardless of the lure I have on it: neds, wacky rigs, drop-shots, etc. I'm 10 months into bass fishing now and I finally understand what it means to have confidence in a combo and a technique!

The Abu Garcia Max Pro Baitcaster combo with a Bass Pro Stik-O wacky rigged (sometimes with a nail in the head) has been my go-to combo this year.

1. Chatterbait. 2. Yo-Zuri 3DB wakebait (bone color if i can find em!). 3. A cupped mouth walking bait (storm chug in baby bass!)

One that I have become attached to is the weightless fluke. I throw it on my frog stick because I like to get it in the nasty stuff between pads when they’re in there, but not hitting the frog

Nice to see Randizzle get into the mix, how much effort was put in to have him get in front of the camera?? Lol! Lot of love, tks for everything, I appreciate all the info, that helped me at the age of 45 get my bass game on, seriously my first bass on a artificial was 3 years ago, thanks to your channel and others.

Jig, Shaky Head, and a Frog for me in the summer months. I will use the shaky head like a texas rig since I use the VMC finesse rugby head so I can use my usual straight tail shaky head worm or change it to a creature or other soft plastic bait without having to change to a texas rig set up. I can swim or pitch the jig and of course, the Frog is the pond or weed-choked water bait for me. If I am going to a clear water deep reservoir then I will probably change the frog to a deep-diving crankbait.

Love the comedy 🎭 In this. I’m always gonna have a 1/4 oz bluegill swimjig with a rage menace in blue craw tied on a 7’3 heavy Dobyns fury with a 7:1:1 reel spooled up with 30-40 pb braid and a mono leader. Keep on grinding!

I always have a frog rigged up in summer. I’ve caught them on reed lines, in standing timber, open water adjacent to cover and on rip rap.
