Gayton McKenzie puts the brakes all trips for superfans

Minister of Sports, Arts and Culture Gayton McKenzie says the department will no longer pay the travel and accommodation costs for superfans.

My dad got his Grand Master's Springbok colours, and the compo was in Namibia (SA won). My dad also had to pay for everything- flights, accommodation, the gear he HAD to wear, etc,
so well done, to Mr. McKenzie

It's is the right thing the Minister done. I'm not against super fans, but use their own money to be a super fan. Parents should pay thousands of Rands when their children has to play for their province without a cent give by Sport department stating their is no money to help for their accommodation. Let very super fan pay his own way or watch like I do on the TV at home

I am glad there is no more hand outs. They must spend their own money. My daughter is getting married overseas where she live and work, I cannot go to the wedding, I don't have the money or a full time job. Maybe I should have ask the minister of travel to pay for me😂
