Here in Brazil, it's the famous finasteride and Minoxidil, is there anything new there? Is topical finasteride effective? It's not talked about much here. I've been taking finasteride for a year, before that I applied topical Minoxidil, then I stopped and started taking oral Minoxidil 2.5 mg because it's more practical, but I don't know if the results are the same as the topical. I'm thinking of going back to using the topical along with everything else I take to see if it helps. I am 17 years old and I already see my receding hairline with thin hair, and it bothers me. Having undergone a hair transplant myself I don't think it's worth trying to fight baldness. If it happens simply accept it and move on. Yes it's difficult, but life's such. Trust me things could be worse!

They call it 'pattern' baldness for a reason. Patterns anyone can learn, and you'll be better off for it. What if nature found a way of expressing a man's temperament with pattern baldness? So far as I can tell, it holds water. Seems like every pattern is constant with a specific type of behavior.
