IBCC ka to well explained but University level docs remained unexplained. Kindly make a full fledged video that explains every aspect of the attestation process. Sorry to say but this video is just a time pass from your side. Because you have not talked about the university role in attestation which makes anyone confused easily. Is university attestation necessary before going to HEC or can one directly approach HEC??? Explain it
