Could you add the phenotype merging as seen in the video to your tool? Is it just a blend of the 50-50 results or more phenotypes in different percentages?
Right now the phenotype prediction isnt accurate for some people who aren’t close to one single phenotype or the phenotypes that the tool includes (they get large distances)
