I heavily recommend getting something like the Yeti Rambler with the Hotshot Cap (or anything similar with a waterproof cap), so that you can make Mudwtr (rise or rest), and shake it every time you take a sip. Works wonderfully to make sure sediment stays relatively mixed in.

If you are interested in drinks that energize like coffee, but with out the crash I recommend trying a beet juice concentrate. It gives me hours of energy with no crash.

I think the original (sunrise) version works because the cacao does a darn good job of mimicking the coffee texture and kick. And I make my own version of it as I have access to most of the core ingredients ( really just masala tea and cacao plus turmeric and cinnamon at its fundamental) And it works pretty well providing a steady, very comforting sustaining energy release even without the mushroom extracts.

Looking at the evening version here, there seems to be less replication of the core 'coffee' texture and taste. I've had chamomile and ashwagandha as separate beverages before. However in this context, it seems counter productive to me to create such an elaborate combination for a beverage before sleep.

I personally haven’t tried it, but I used to take valerian root to go to bed at times. And I think that smells really funky, so it might be that. And maybe Ashwagandha as I thought it also had a weird smell as well. Just saying ☺️

I used to force feed myself Kratom, and that is vomit inducing. This stuff taste like a milkshake compared. I am very curious on the rest one. I'm not like into the whole "energy" enhancing. I would love to hear this helps sleep.

When I saw the ingredients in this they were things I never mixed together. I would never put cinnamon in a night tea. And I would not put cinnamon in my chamomile tea, or put chamomile in my chia.

Great Video! I loved your mud water & mud water diy videos. Mud water was good but I don't think it's worth the price. I used to make my own chia too.

People want chocolate and want to eat crap but want a fit body and yet when foods that are good for you are spoken about all they do is complain about them and watch more junk tv its Time to hit the gym and cowboy the duck up.
