BIC Hybrid 5 Razor Head on King Of Shave Retro 4 handle

Review of the BIC Hybrid Flex 5 razor head I managed to get out of France which is the only place I currently know it is available.
I had to use thr King Of Shave Retro 4 handle as I could only get the head.

The Bic Hybrid handles really aren’t very good are they? I like the idea of using the KoS Retro handle and also find that the Flex disposable handles with the soft grip are pretty good too.
Ha ha - I’ve transplanted my Flex 3 Hybrid carts onto the Flex 4 disposable handle now.
And the Flex 3 disposables are actually cheaper than the Hybrid so disposable has better handle and lower price.
Surely the way to go!

I think that head is compatible with Gillette Mach 3 handle.
If you use it on a Mach 3 Power Sensivity you will be able to use the vibrations of Mach 3 Power.

Wilkinson Hydro 5 cuts the moustache with no problems, I cant say the same from BIC.
But BIC is less agressive in the troath than Hydro 5.
In the Hydro 5 i saw some rust after 2 weeks of shaving saw than on the BIC.

I used the Mach 3 Power handle with BIC head...the vibrations didnt added anything to it.

Kinda of sad because the vibrations of Gillette Fusion Power worked well.

The electric razor Philips One Blade leaves the beard as shaved as 12h after using a BIC razor.

I find the Bic Flex series is good, but not as refined as some other razors. Not sure if you experienced it, but I find they sort of "drag" a bit Compared to say the Hydro3/5.
