For many balloon decor designs, it's important to size your latex balloons consistently to the same size, or your display will fall over. In this balloon tutorial, I show you how to inflate latex balloons with air and 4 ways to size balloons consistently to be the same size so that your balloon arrangement is well balanced and doesn't fall over because of missized balloons.

In this balloon tutorial, I demonstrate using Qualatex 11-inch and 5-inch latex balloons made from natural latex rubber and are biodegradable.
