Your the type of person I hate most. The kind that goes out of their way to hurt others. Anybody looking at this, dont beleive the comments that say "omg it worked!!!". Honestly I have to give you credit, it's pretty smart. I should have realized deleting all of my play store and download data wouldn't help. Now, I cant install anything. At all. I tried youtube, I sat there for 20 minutes and it still says downloading. So, I test it on another app. I cant install any apps now. So thank you, kind sir, for wasting my time.

Thanks m8 it worked, after doing this you need to uninstall YouTube, then you get the chance to update it it then worked for me after trying everything, this sorted it out.
