Adding Fractions (common denominator)

After watching the film, try this Kahoot!

Using models, we can add fractions which have the same denominator. You'll quickly see that you don't really need the models. Once you're happy with this, you can add any fractions with a common denominator. If you can reduce it, DO SO. If you get an improper fraction after you've added the fractions, you'll change it to a mixed number!
